You have something that needs to go out. We make it happen.
You have a design project that needs to go out.
The graphic design side of it isn’t your thing—and honestly, it doesn’t need to be, especially when you’re running your business.
You know what you want.
The assets are ready.
You just need someone who can take it from here and get it done well.
This is the premise of our 5-day graphic design sprint.
Here’s the overview…
This is for you if:
You have something that needs to go out and you need someone to handle the design side of it
You already know what you want. You just need someone to execute it well
Your content, copy, and brand assets are ready or nearly there
You can give at least two weeks notice before your project starts
You want one flat fee* and no surprises on the invoice
This isn’t for you:
You need a logo designed or a full website built from scratch
Your content isn’t finalized yet and you’re still figuring out what you want to say
You need someone available live throughout the day—hello micromanager
You have a list of unrelated projects across different goals
You need it done in less than a day
Before I start anything I want to understand why you need it and what it’s supposed to do for the people you’re putting it in front of. I’m not just designing for you; I’m designing for your people too.
*Additional revisions available at $150/hr
What does this
look like for you?
A graphic design sprint works best when everything we’re making is in service of one goal — a launch, a campaign, something going out to your audience. It’s not a to-do list. It’s one focused push.
You contact us
Reach out at least two weeks before your project start date. We hop on a call to go over scope, goal, and what’s going out to your audience. Once we’re aligned, you book a day and pay to secure your spot.
you submit
Brief, copy, and brand assets go into a shared folder or a sharable link. If you’re needing to update your sales page, please give us access to your accounts (developer or collaborator, not admin i.e. we don’t want to see your billing info). The sprint doesn’t start until everything’s in.

Single-scope projects are the sweet spot — a sales landing page, a PDF lead magnet, a set of launch graphics, email setup, or social media graphics. If you have a list of multiple items, reach out before booking so we can scope it together and make sure five days is the right window.
Everything. Copy finalized. Brand assets ready. Specs confirmed. The sprint doesn’t begin until all of that is in the shared folder. This isn’t a formality — it’s how the work actually gets done well. If assets arrive incomplete, your sprint date moves to when they’re ready.
Assets need to be in at least one weeks before your sprint date. If that timeline doesn’t work for your project, reach out before booking.
Our design hours are 10AM–4PM PST/Los Angeles with end of day updates sent by 5PM PST. If you’re ahead of us, that actually works in your favor; you’ll often wake up to progress already done. We’ve worked with clients in Chicago, New York, New Jersey, and Ireland and we’ve made it work every time! What makes it smooth is the same thing that makes any sprint work: a clear scope, assets in on time, and good communication from both sides.
No. The sprint is designed so you’re focusing on your work while I focus on mine. At the end of each or every other work day, you’ll get an updates like progress, questions, anything that needs your input.
You respond in your own time. No calls required unless you want one. What does matter is that you respond within 24 hours so work can continue the following day without stalling.
When you book a sprint, you’re booking a focused window of work, not a guaranteed deliverable checklist. Most projects land comfortably in five days when assets are submitted on time. If something runs over, we figure out next steps together. That might mean an extra session or scoping down to what’s essential. Either way, that’s where the initially scope of work happens: do you and I need 5-days or you’ll know before the sprint ends.
Five days of focused design work, end-of-day updates, and one round of revisions after delivery. Files delivered via Dropbox, unless discussed ahead of time where to deliver. Additional revisions beyond that round are available at $150/hr.
Full payment secures your spot. The fee is agreed before booking based on project scope (you’ll always know the number upfront). Payment is non-refundable, but your sprint date can be rescheduled if needed with reasonable notice.
It depends on what you have to access the master files: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, etc. You’ll receive files in whatever format makes sense for how you’re using them—just let me know upfront.
Two weeks before the start of the project.
I only open 2 spots per month. Once they’re filled, they’re filled for the month until they’re opened again. If you have a project with a hard deadline, book with enough lead time to get your assets ready before the sprint starts.
That buffer between then is yours to use.
Delivered via Dropbox by default. If your company has specific security requirements around file sharing, we sort out the right method before the sprint begins—Drive, email, or whatever works for you.
